Jenna’s One-Minute Witness:

“I was raised in a Christian home and we attended church weekly. While in kindergarten during Sunday school, I gave my heart to God. As I continued to grow and mature I had an understanding of who God was and is, yet I didn’t fully realize what it meant to have a relationship with Him. During high school and college, I knew what is right in my head, meaning I believed in God and His Word, yet my actions didn’t follow suit and my heart hadn’t yet experienced the truth of God’s Word. I wasn’t living a life fully committed in submission to Christ. In my twenties as a young married woman, we attended church and I joined a neighborhood Bible study. It was in fellowship with other women where I was stretched and challenged in my faith. I began to dig deeper into God’s Word and He met me right where I was—a broken, fearful woman who desperately desired to be loved and known. He spoke to me and reminded me that I am His child, a daughter of God, the most High King. I am created in His image and I am fully seen and fully loved. It was in this pursuit, this journey where I experienced the truth of God’s Word in my life and in my heart. God has healed and redeemed me, and has given me purpose that can only come from Him. I can confidently say I know who I am and whom I serve.”
